Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We hope you love your Moody Activewear items. It has been a labour of love creating the best products for you but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 100% money back guarantee and accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase. This applies to both full priced and sale items.

Simply send an email to louise@moodyactivewear.com so we can process your return and let you know where to return your unwanted item.

For peace of mind use registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items. You will have to cover the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, your replacement item will be sent as a new order and you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.

Your exchange can only be processed when we receive the returned item and may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. If you need it in a hurry drop us a line at louise@moodyactivewear.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to get your exchanged item to you quick smart!

If the requested item is unavailable your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email. 

Refunds

We process refunds back to the card or account used for purchase. You will be refunded the final sale amount minus any shipping costs and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Banks can take their sweet time processing refunds, so best to give it 5 business days before you chase us up. However, if concerned feel free to get in touch at louise@moodyactivewear.co

Damaged or Faulty!!!!

Our worst nightmare! We hope this never happens but if it does contact us straight away at louise@moodyactivewear.com and we will get it sorted and that will then be followed by endless apologies and grovelling for you to shop with us again.
