| Q: What is a Social Enterprise?
A: A Social Enterprise is an organisation that operates like most other businesses in terms of the strategic / commercial structure but does so in order to make a positive social impact – which means our purpose is to give back and do some good! We don’t have any shareholders or investors so we can donate 100% of our profits.
If in doubt, you can check out our financial records which we are obliged to release (by Australian Charities and Nor For Profit Commission) annually so we can be completely transparent with how we operate.
Q: Why be a Social Enterprise?
A: Why not?! Businesses all over the world operate for a commercial profit and if that’s what floats your boat – that’s ok. We believe, however, that by providing amazing, high quality activewear, we can cover our operating and admin costs, pay our employees and still have plenty left over to donate.
Q: Does Moody have a store so I can try before I buy?
A: At the moment Moody Activewear is only sold online, however if it's sizing you are worried about, check out the sizing guide below for help. For peace of mind, we have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase
Q: How much will shipping or returns cost?
Check out the 'Shipping' and 'Returns and Exchanges' section for further deets.
Q: How do I wash my Moody Activewear leggings?
A: This is super duper important if you want to get longevity from your leggings, and we are sure you do! The secret is a cool wash, 30 degrees max and do not add fabric softener or tumble dry – it breaks down the spandex meaning less stretchy compressiony-ness and ain’t nobody got time for saggy leggings. Our leggings are quick dry, so hang them out or up and they will be fresh and dry in no time.
